Your fears may be of darkness, claustrophobia, turning over, air volume, being alone, or being out of control in a new situation. There is lamps inside if you like to use it. People who say they are claustrophobic assume that they will be confined in an enclosed space. The inside of the tank is very large, 1,2m (4')high, 1,4m (4'8")wide and 2,3m (7'4")long and you can´t reach for example the roof inside and you can easily sit up with no problem at all. It's impossible to turn your obdy without using a lot of force and ebven then is it differcult. The floatationtank is ventilated all the time. The doors are not locked, easy to open even with your fingernail if you like. Back to Top Disorientation? The floater knows that the tank door can be opened at any time one chooses. It is safe to fall asleep in the tank. Even people, who report they never sleep on their backs in bed, sleeps floating on their backs in the tank. The tank is designed to supply air that is constantly renewed ventilation system. Back to Top Clean water? The water is filtered in the morning and after each floater and sterilized by the use of an UV filtering system and also is H2O2 added. The water is kept very clean, and there are fewer bacteria in the tank than in your drinking water. But don't taste it, Epsom salt is also called bitter salt. Back to Top Silence? The tank is not completely soundproof. Using earplugs and having your ears underwater eliminates most of your hearing.
